Tallahassee, Fla. -Senator Carey Baker announced today that Senate Bill 96, Florida's 10th Amendment resolution, has successfully passed out of the Senate Judiciary Committee. The legislation, which seeks to reaffirm Florida's legislative sovereignty under the United States Constitution's 10th Amendment, passed the Judiciary Committee by a vote of 6 to 2.
